A deposit or upfront payment is required to begin any project. This payment is non-refundable, as it covers initial research, planning, and design work already performed.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started
- No initial concepts, drafts, or work have been delivered
Once work has begun or any deliverables have been shared, refunds will not be issued.
4. Revisions & Client Satisfaction
We provide revision rounds to ensure the final result meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, we will revise and refine the work based on your feedback.
5. Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, no refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work. Any outstanding balance for completed milestones must still be paid.
