Atlas Motion LLC provides creative design services including, but not limited to:

- Motion graphics
- 3D visual design
- Visual content design
All services are delivered based on project scope agreed upon with the client.
2. Project Agreement
Each project will be defined by a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed upon before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
3. Payments
- A deposit or full upfront payment is required to begin any project
- Remaining balances (if applicable) must be paid according to agreed milestones
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal
- Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or withheld delivery
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- No refunds are issued once work has begun or concepts have been delivered
5. Revisions
We include a limited number of revision rounds as part of each project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information
- Respond to feedback requests in a timely manner
- Supply necessary content (text, images, etc.)
Delays in communication or content may affect project timelines.
7. Intellectual Property
- Final designs are transferred to the client upon full payment
- Atlas Motion LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
- Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Atlas Motion LLC
8. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to:
- Client feedback delays
- Scope changes
- External factors
9. Cancellation
If a project is canceled by the client after work has started:
- No refunds will be issued for completed work
- Any outstanding payments must still be completed
10. Limitation of Liability
Atlas Motion LLC is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our services
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for issues arising from these external services.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
